This amazing place accommodates a total of 5 guests with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has two beds one full and one twin sized bed with a high quality mattress.

Juan’s unit was clean and finishings are beautiful. Turnkey condition. Everything supplied and worked. He is a really nice guy and an excellent host. We stayed for 3 months. When battery got low on door lock he was replacing it before we even told him. Totally responsive to any request.

EXCELLENT Communication! Perfect space for small groups. Full kitchen , living room, and comfortable rooms. Great location from everything downtown. Very clean, had minor problem with ants from previous stay but hosts fixed problem immediately.Would highly recommend!

The unit was perfect, the host was very nice and easy to contact, check in was easy. the place looks better than the pictures, extremely clean, location is close to everything I have no complaints our trip was perfect.

The house is cozy, with a great location close to restaurants, the beach, family activities, fishing, diving, and boat rentals. The living room is comfortable with a sofa, and the open kitchen has a dining table and a fully equipped bar. There are a total of 2 bedrooms with a capacity for 5 people. The unit includes laundry facilities, a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and internet access.

Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:30PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance.
Parking available for two (2) vehicles on property at no charge. Boat or RV parking $20 per vehicle per night reserved.
This home is located close to many restaurants that you can enjoy by car or by boat, 5 minutes away is Caribbean Club with ramp to lower the boat and Marvin Adams Waterway Bridge (The Cut) for easy access to the ocean. Minutes from John Pennekamp National Park.
